About Your Job:

We are looking for a Quality and Training Coordinator to work at our Customer Contact Centre located in Wroclaw, Poland

As a Quality and Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous training of employees based on the organizational and individual needs. You will be working closely with the operational and training departments to improve procedures.

  • Specific responsibilities of this role include training of new hires on various services and products such as;
    • Reservations and Ticketing
    • Frequent Flyer Program
    • E-commerce
    • Baggage services
  • Identifying additional training needs
  • Designing and developing relevant training modules
  • Providing feedback on the performance of the group and individual trainees

From a quality perspective, you will assist the Quality Team in call monitoring, and providing feedback and additional training to agents when required.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have extensive job related experience in a Customer Contact Centre environment. You will have worked in a Quality and/or Training capacity, and have solid experience of in reservations and ticketing for a reputable airline. You must have experience of working with Amadeus.

You must be self-motivated, an excellent problem solver and have an intense customer service focus. You also should have the ability to facilitate organizational change and become involved with strategic planning

You must have good command of written and spoken English and currently be eligible to live and work in Poland.
