The Change and Implementation role will carry out some or all of these activities:
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
◾University graduate with major in Finance or Accounting
◾Finance working experience above 6 years, relevant experience in insurance industry or auditing experience on insurance companies is preferred.
◾Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
◾Good knowledge on PRC GAAP and IFRS accounting, as well as tax laws
◾Strong understanding of local regulatory environment
◾Strong verbal and written communication skills (both English and Chinese)
◾Good command on Excel and PowerPoint presentations
◾Self-motivated and team work spirit
◾Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
