We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

 

The Change and Implementation role will carry out some or all of these activities:

  • Directly report to Finance Lead of the Pinnacle Project and key internal customers are business stakeholders of the project
  • Responsible to support and execute special projects that are related to the setup of new channel (Wealth Planner Channel).   
  • To serve as business partner and work as a key member in the cross-function team to drive key initiatives, such as project based financial analysis, forecast, and reporting.   Coordinate with various entities/functions to manage the transaction flow and provide professional insights  
  • Support Finance Lead of Pinnacle Project in project cost control, business case related analysis, annual planning, as well as other ad hoc analytical projects related to the Project
  • To act as a key team member to establish policies & processes for Pinnacle Project in order to ensure requirements from local regulatory/group are fulfilled; related financial risks are well under control; and comprehensive financial services provided to business stakeholders.     
  • Coordinate with other teams on Pinnacle project finance related change and transformation project management, testing, training, communication etc.

 

 

Qualifications

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

◾University graduate with major in Finance or Accounting
◾Finance working experience above 6 years, relevant experience in insurance industry or auditing experience on insurance companies is preferred.
◾Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
◾Good knowledge on PRC GAAP and IFRS accounting, as well as tax laws
◾Strong understanding of local regulatory environment
◾Strong verbal and written communication skills (both English and Chinese)
◾Good command on Excel and PowerPoint presentations
◾Self-motivated and team work spirit
◾Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
