We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
•Impact on the Business / Function
•Define performance KPI for all roles, including sales, sales manager and non-sales, and develop tracking report accordingly
•Liase with local, Regional and Group stakeholders to drive business and optimize network while align with Global Incentive framework and other guidelines
•Conduct incentive allocation and facilitate incentive calibration, and arrange approvals via proper governance throughout the whole incentive distribution process
•Conduct analysis on incentive distribution to drive business performance
•Design and implement recognition Program
•Coordinate annual revenue and cost plan setting, allocate monthly sales targets according to revenue AOP and market environment
•Manage mid-year and year-end rating for all distribution FTE.
•Customers / Stakeholders
•Work with various departments within the business e.g., frontline, middle office and back office for seamless flow of information and smooth execution of daily operations
•Leadership & Teamwork
•Communicate and coordinate with other business teams and internal functions concerned to effectively roll out quarterly and annual variable pay outputs.
•Operational Effectiveness & Control
•Drive effective communication and collaboration with other business teams and internal functions.
•Streamline business process
•Ensure insurance sales compliance with relevant regulator's guidelines and requirements and Group standards.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
•Proven and progressive analytical, planning and project management experience within a business or project management function or equivalent.
•Strong managerial, communications, project management, organizational, lateral thinking, strategic planning, analytical, mathematical, decision-making, interpersonal and leadership skills.
•Strong business acumen and ability to continually make trade-off decisions.
•Ability to seek out and improve on best practice and capability.
•Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders (employees, peers, etc.)
•Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
