About the position
Our client is hiring Senior Software Engineers for our NYC based team. Our current team is small and we want to double the size of our engineering organization this year. This means we need to bring on Senior Engineers who can run independently, help us recruit & hire, and take on mentorship responsibilities as we add more junior members of the team.
The engineering team is experienced and has worked to build a mature engineering culture from day 1: we have implemented product development best practices and operate in a way that gives every engineer, regardless of seniority, the opportunity to directly impact the product and our customers.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building, architecting, and delivering big parts of our core product against business needs. Your will also work closely with our founding team on defining product roadmap, specifications, and priorities.
