Customer Service Representative, Whiteley (0000E9VU)


£18,254 base salary + company funded BUPA and 10% core pension contributions


Total package equivalent to £19,739


Working as a Customer Service Representative, you’ll answer calls from our customers, playing a key role within one of our Specialist Contact Centres, having the right conversations to fully understand their needs. It’s all about taking personal ownership for each customer interaction, understanding their unique situations and reacting with efficiency, fairness and positivity to maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services.


This is a full time role. Banking and Contact Centre experience are not essential. What we’re really interested in is a genuine passion for going above-and-beyond for our customers. Everything else we can teach you!


What will I be doing?


  • Engaging with a wide range of customers over the telephone, using your strong verbal skills to build meaningful relationships
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by successfully responding to questions and queries, showing your passion and dedication along the way
  • Bringing a good sense of fun and humour to the role is essential too


Our contact centre is open between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday so no late shifts or weekend work. You will work eight-hour shifts over 35 hours per week.  There is ample onsite parking.
