Assistant Manager of Sales Process and Platform : 0000ECZ0 

Description

  In this role, you will:
  • Design and develop effective and efficient FP tablet coordination plan and enhance service standards to support frontline sales to achieve business goals and create positive impact to business production and achieve KPI.
  • Interface with Insurance Operation departments, including claims, operations, and compliance to enhance the service standard.  
  • Ensure that business enhancement projects are completed with quality and timeliness.
  • Ensure projects are rolled out effectively and smoothly.
  • Fulfill all internal compliance/ risk and external regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Qualifications

 
  • Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can proactively drive a project independently.

  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable.

  • Must be a team player.
  • Strong Microsoft application knowledge.
