We are now inviting qualified individuals to join the team in this specific role.
To handle the clients’ securities trade transactions for local clients by capturing trade in securities system called GC GHSS / Multifonds / DCC GHSS as relevant.
To complete the mutual fund forms – subscription, redemption and switching and submit to the asset management companies / agents within cut off time.
To capture payment transactions by using electronic fund transfer system i.e. HSBCnet, FundSettle, SCB online, AWD, etc
To strictly comply with clients’ Stand Instruction (SI), Services Level Agreements (SLAs) and the Bank’s FIM/BIM/audit requirements and other relevant regulations at all times.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
At least 1-2 years work experience or more in related fields in Banking operations or securities services business is a plus
Able to work under time constraint and pressure
Experiences and understanding of other banking services, such as payment and cash management, foreign exchange, and etc would be beneficial
Good interpersonal skill and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
Good command of spoken and written English
