We are now inviting qualified individuals to join the team in this specific role.
To lead settlement team to provide professional settlement services focusing on custodian clients.
To provide correct and professional response to all clients’ queries in regards to settlement issues, market practices and regulations in a professional manner.
To monitor the team to comply with all regulations in regards to security, cash and FX arrangement
To negotiate with counterparties (local brokers and other custodian banks) in case of settlement problems.
To ensure minimum services standard are met and all settlement processes are complied with auditor recommendations and other relevant regulations. Encourage staff to actively participate in service quality initiatives.
To ensure and effective operation risk management process is in place to reduce the level of operation risk losses
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
At least 5 years work experience or more in related fields in Banking operations or securities services business is a plus
Able to provide professional services and able to deal with clients
Experiences and understanding of other banking services, such as payment and cash management, foreign exchange, and etc would be beneficial
Able to work well under fixed timeline pressure
Excellence interpersonal and leadership skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
Good command of spoken and written English
