Band 8a – Salary Range £49,480 - £53,414 per annum pro rata

Plus Distant Island Allowance of £1,895 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and innovative cardiac physiologist to run our comprehensive non-invasive cardiac investigations service. As well as performing the testing for all parts of the non-invasive cardiac investigations service, you will be fully supported to develop the service to make it best fit the needs of our 23,000 island residents.

The department consists of two large air conditioned treatment rooms, a vestibule, office/clinic room and store. There are two GE echo machines: a portable and an E9. Reporting takes using the Echo Pac system with a well maintained database. All appointments are booked after Physiologist vetting by a dedicated administrative team. We recently purchased a new Sentinel system, have a treadmill system and range of pacing programmers.
