主要職責


  • 處理滙豐卓越理財客戶的來電咨詢
  • 提供高質素服務,盡力解答客戶查詢,為客戶締造稱心滿意的服務體驗
  • 聆聽並理解客戶需要,以提供適合的產品、服務和解決問題的方案
  • 實現個人績效目標和發展
  • 遵守銀行有關操作風險的守則及規定


職位要求


  • 具備優良服務態度、溝通及解決問題的技巧
  • 五天輪班工作﹙有機會通宵工作及於週末及公眾假期工作﹚
  • 能操流利廣東話及有良好中英讀寫能力,懂普通話更佳
  • 持有保險或投資牌照為佳
  • 香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試考獲五科合格,包括數學科及中國語文科或英國語文科合格,或具備更高學歷

It serves as a vital channel in ensuring successful business development while addressing customers’ different financial needs and delivering quality banking services to our millions of customers through multiple touch points including inbound and outbound calling activities. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Care Officer, Premier Relationship.


What you will be doing


  • Handling inbound customer calls from our Premier customers
  • Providing high quality service to our customers and help resolve their queries at first contact where possible
  • Listening to our customers, understand their needs and offer relevant products, services and solutions
  • Achieving individual performance expectations and development
  • Maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities
  • A Five-day work week -flexibility to work on shift duties (including overnight, weekend and public holidays)


What you need to succeed


  • Excellent customer-serving manner, communication and problem solving skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese and ability to read and write in English is essential. A good command of Mandarin would be advantageous
  • A pass in five subjects including Mathematics and either Chinese or English in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or above


Insurance or Investment Licence holders would also be welcomed.
