Support the distribution channel head in keeping track of key deliverables and actions items
Develop and integrates appropriate business process into the distribution development workflow, including customer experience and channel issue with backend insurance processes
Able to identify gaps and champion improvements in the ways of working so that we can provide superior service to customers and planners to maximize performance of the distribution team
Support distribution team and field managers on launch events and client seminars
Generate sales activity reports to internal stakeholders
Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product launches and system enhancements
