We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Service Management Service Quality

Principal responsibilities 

  • Service monitoring on top-tier critical service, provide fast recovery to protect Mean Time To Recover (MTTR)

  • Incident Management, Incident communication, Problem Management, Stakeholder management on production issues follow-up

  • Board experience in supporting application using various technologies from PCF, OpenAM, Transmit, Mule, Node.JS, Adobe AEM, Cloud technology, API, infrastructure technology stacks and various programming languages

  • Expert-level usage of AppDynamic and Splunk to support troubleshooting and enhance the production estate visibility

  • Support and monitoring consultancy to DEV team on design & monitoring

  • Review the design of enhancements from Change Team to ensure service mangaement quality standards are uphold

  • Service review to drive service quality improvement initiatives

  • Capacity Management to proactively manage the platform availability and performance

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate multiple geographies and functions. 

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different parties and to explain complex or technical issues in the detail. 

  • Experience in identifying and understanding the risks and legal issues presented by the business using new emerging technologies. 

  • Creative thinker with a willingness to suggest new ideas based on own experience, colleagues experience, desktop research and introduce cross industry practices and initiatives to the bank. 

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence. 

  • Bachelor Degree in IT preferred.

  • Effective written and oral communication and influencing skills.
